Inclusion
- ·Patients who were pathologically confirmed ESCC at Sun Yet-sen Fifth Affiliated Hospital.
Exclusion
- diabetes mellitus
- fasted glucose level ≥ 11.0 mmol/L
- breast feeding
- pregnancy and clustrophobia.
