Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 65-95 years old
  • can communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese language
  • sacorpenia (basing on criteria of Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia )

Exclusion

  • with liver or kidney disease
  • stent in body.
