Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA I - II.
- Elective open upper abdominal surgeries, e.g., open cholecystectomy, splenectomy, pyeloplasty, renal cysts excision, partial or total nephrectomy.
Exclusion
- Patient's next of kin refusal.
- Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- Infection at the site of injection.
- Coagulopathy.
