- Physicians (including practicing medical graduates, post-graduates in internal medicine, family medicine)
- orthopedic surgeons
- with valid email ID on the registry of the "society of internal medicine of Nepal" (SIMON)
Exclusion
- who did not give consent
- clinicians other than above mentioned faculty
