Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- acceptance to participate in the research,
- age 14-24
Exclusion
- diagnosed neurological diseases,
- fear of restricted vision or putting on goggles,
- diagnosed musculoskeletal diseases,
- injuries to the musculoskeletal system,
- regular sports activities during the week.
