Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Willing to quit smoking
  • Clear consciousness
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese

Exclusion

  • Diagnosed with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • Diagnosed with nervous system
  • Diagnosis of mental illness
  • Arrhythmia, use of cardiac pacemakers, and atrioventricular conduction disorders
