Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Pathological confirmed cancer diagnosis;
- Age 18 - 39 years at time of first cancer diagnosis;
- Able to understand the informed consent form;
- Provide written informed consent.
Exclusion
- Mentally incompetent patients based on the opinion of treating physician .
- Inability to understand the Dutch language
- Life expectancy less than 6 months based on the opinion of treating physician .
