Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patient with acute apical abscess
Exclusion
- Teeth with evidence of previous initiated root canal treatment
- History of myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease
- Patients allergic to local anesthetic
- Patients under steroid medication
- Patients who are immunocompromised
