Inclusion
- Untreated Graves' hyperthyroidism. (elevated serum free T4 and/or free T3 level, suppressed serum TSH level, positive anti-TSH receoptor antibody and high thyroidal radioactive iodine uptake -
Exclusion
- dropped out patients within 180 days
