Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria two of three:
- BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2,
- score ≥ 9 on FINDRISC,
- HbA1c level ≥ 42 mmol/mol.
- Non-blood-glucose-lowering medical treated T2DM.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- People diagnosed with Diabetes at strart-point.
