Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Inclusion Criteria two of three:
  • BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2,
  • score ≥ 9 on FINDRISC,
  • HbA1c level ≥ 42 mmol/mol.
  • Non-blood-glucose-lowering medical treated T2DM.
  • Exclusion Criteria:
  • People diagnosed with Diabetes at strart-point.
