  • \- Adults patients scheduled to undergo elective primary total hip arthroplasty by posterior surgical approach with spinal anesthesia

Exclusion

  • Patient refusal
  • Allergy to administrated drugs or local infection
  • Pregnancy
  • History of chronic pain
  • Drugs addiction
  • Mental ou neurological diseases
  • Kidney or liver serious diseases
