Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ICU, Neuro critical care unit admission
- Diagnosis of HAP or VAP
- Respiratory culture positive for Gram-negative organism
Exclusion
- ICU length of stay \<48 hours prior to HAP/VAP
- Culture or MIC data unavailable
- Pregnant
