Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18-65 years
- With severe mental illness
- BMI\>=24.0
- Live in this district for 1 year at least.
Exclusion
- Disability
- Refuse to participate
- Pregnant woman
- Severe chronic diseases, such as cancer.
