Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18 years and older
- presenting with frozen shoulder and were unresponsive to conservative therapy
Exclusion
- Complete rotator cuff tear
- Osteoarthritis
- Calcified tendinitis
- History of shoulder joint injury
- Cervical radiculopathy
- Bleeding disorder
- Active infection
- Allergy to Bupivacaine
- Diabetes Mellitus
