Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Biological women with breast cancer or high risk for breast cancer who want post-mastectomy breast reconstruction
- Age \> 18 years
Exclusion
- Inability to give informed consent
- Inability to understand Swedish
- Relaps of cancer
- Palliative treatment
