Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- None previous therapies for anal fissure
- Symptomatic anal fistula
- Signing of informed consent
- age \>18 years old
Exclusion
- Patients unable to complete the questionnaire and with a legal guardian.
- Patients with concomitant abscess/fistula
- Pregnant women
