Inclusion
- patients with interstitial lung disease scheduled for CT and LFT
- written consent
- ≥ 18 years.
Exclusion
- claustrophobia
- impossibility to lie in the MR for more than 30 minutes
- pregnancy
- generally valid contraindications for MRI
