Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age b/w 25-55 years
- Limited ROM
- Pain more than 3on NPRS
- Individuals having NDI score 15 - 24 = moderate,25-34 = severe
Exclusion
- Radiculopathies
- Malignancy
- infection
- trauma
