Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- absence of physical impairment (e.g. traumatic injury)
- absence of mental impairment (e.g. mental retardation)
- no consumption of psychotropic medications
Exclusion
- • restrictions to do exercises (based on Medical certificate issued by the Physician)
