Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age ≥ 20 years;
  • MV for \> 6 h/day for \> 21 days;
  • medical stability

Exclusion

  • acute lung or systemic infection,
  • hemodynamic instability,
  • abdominal distention,
  • pregnancy.
