Inclusion
- participants scheduled to undergo breast surgery aged 20 and above
Exclusion
- aldosteronism
- electrolyte imbalance
- myopathies
- drug addiction or suspected
- bowel disease
- allergy to drugs
- smoker
- taking any medications
