Inclusion
- age \> 18 years
- endo colostomy
- Informed consent
Exclusion
- age \< 18 years;
- life expectancy \< 24 months (as estimated by the operating surgeon)
- pregnancy
- immunosuppressant therapy within 2 weeks before surgery
