Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Systolic blood pressure ≤ 90 mmHg
- Heart rate \> 100 bpm
- Shock Index ≥ 0,8
- Pelvic fracture
- Negative FAST / peritoneal aspiration
Exclusion
- Other causes of bleeding that require treatment
