Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Female 18-50 years.
- Suffering from breast cancer.
- Treated with adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
- Having regular menstrual cycle before chemotherapy.
Exclusion
- Bilateral oophorectomy or ovarian irradiation before enrollment.
- Prior chemotherapy.
- Oral contraceptives before enrollment.
- Pregnancy or lactation.
