Inclusion
- Prior coronary artery bypass grafting
- One or more saphenous vein grafts
- Recurrent angina symptoms
Exclusion
- \<18 years of age
- ≥ 90 years of age
- Cardiogenic shock
- Pregnancy
- Failure to provide informed consent
