Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification two and three.
- Patients scheduled for elective bariatric surgeries under general anesthesia.
Exclusion
- Refusal of fiberoptic intubation.
- Allergy to local anesthetics.
- Coagulopathy.
- Raised intracranial or intraocular pressure.
