Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification two and three.
  • Patients scheduled for elective bariatric surgeries under general anesthesia.

Exclusion

  • Refusal of fiberoptic intubation.
  • Allergy to local anesthetics.
  • Coagulopathy.
  • Raised intracranial or intraocular pressure.
