Inclusion
- Healthy adults
- Single tympanic membrane perforation
Exclusion
- Chronic recurrent infection or otorrhea
- Previous ear surgery for the study ear
- Shellfish allergy
- Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF) leak concern
