Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patient with chronic anal fissure
- symptomatic for at least 6 months
- failed conservative measures
Exclusion
- Pregnant women,
- cardiac patients,
- patients with a pacemaker,
- low molecular heparin or warfarin treatment,
- neurological disease,
