Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \- patients undergoing parathyroidectomy for primary hyperparathyroidism with surgical cure defined as postoperative normocalciemia
Exclusion
- patients on dialysis
- GFR \< 15 ml/min
- renal graft
