Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • \- patients undergoing parathyroidectomy for primary hyperparathyroidism with surgical cure defined as postoperative normocalciemia

Exclusion

  • patients on dialysis
  • GFR \< 15 ml/min
  • renal graft
