Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- symptomatic patients with midline Large incisional hernia
Exclusion
- lateral incisional hernias
- collagen diseases
- patients who recently have undergone chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy
- patients with acquired immunodeficiency
