Inclusion
- Age \> 18a
- Vestibular schwannoma with maximum diameter of 10-25mm on MRI
- Pre-operative audiogram
- Informed consent
Exclusion
- Contraindication for nimodipine application
- Vestibularis schwannoma diameter \<10mm or \>25mm on MRI
