  • The target population will be junior residents of the Department of Anesthesiology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University with \< 3 previous encounters performing central vein operation

Exclusion

  • The target population will be junior residents of the Department of Anesthesiology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University with ≥ 3 previous encounters performing central vein operation
