Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \- healthy individuals;
Exclusion
- musculoskeletal injury in the last three months;
- cardiovascular diseases;
- use of anabolic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs 72 hours before the evaluations;
- use of alcohol and illicit drugs during the collection period;
