Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- more than 18 years old
- emergency surgery for gastro-intestinal perforations
- with or without signs of septic shock
Exclusion
- All patients with covered perforations or abdominal perivisceral free air bubbles treated with non- operative management
- delayed surgery
