Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients aged 50 years or older；
- Undergoing intermediate to high-risk elective noncardiac surgery .
Exclusion
- Emergency surgery;
- Local anesthesia;
- Low-risk surgery;
- ASA classification V or VI
