- Present written declaration of consent
- Healty or diagnosed with depression
- BMI between 17 and 40
Exclusion
- Insufficient linguistic communication
- Pregnancy or lactation
- Gluten, histamine or wheat seedling intolerance
- Drug abuse or alcohol dependency
- Current spermidine substitution
