- No consumption of the antioxidant supplement
- No consumption of prebiotic and probiotic
- Currently not undergo specific diet
- Exclusion Criteria
- Current smoker
- Diagnosed with chronic diseases
- Patients with altered kidney and liver function
- Unable to participate for any reason
