Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • known or suspected lung cancer
  • scheduled for VATS-surgery
  • perioperative finding of elevated diaphragma

Exclusion

  • not willing to give informed consent.
  • perioperative finding of pleural adherences
  • perioperative finding without an elevated diaphragma
