Inclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status scores of I and II
- Elective unilateral breast surgery (modified radical mastectomy)
Exclusion
- Patient refusal to participate in the study.
- Allergy to any medications used in the study.
- Patients with coagulopathy
- patients with psychiatric disorders.
