Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- referred for EUS-guided tissue acquisition for solid pancreatic lesions greater than 1cm in the largest diameter.
Exclusion
- with coagulopathy, altered anatomy, contraindications for conscious sedation, pregnancy
- who cannot provide informed consent.
