Inclusion

  • Older than 18 years old
  • Have a score of \>70.5 in Brief Symptom Measure
  • Being an undergraduate student
  • Fluent in Turkish
  • Access to the internet by computer

Exclusion

  • Having any psychiatric disorder
  • Receiving a psychiatric/psychological treatment
