Inclusion
- \- SSA Major Subjects (first generation or from or from first generation parents) admitted to the hospital for an echocardiography
Exclusion
- Participation refusal;
- Any acute heart disease (endocarditis, myocarditis, coronary syndrome);
- Valvulopathy justifying an intervention;
- Diseases of overload.
