Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Ages 18 to 50 years
- Ability to read and write English
- Owned a mobile device that could download applications from the App Store or Google Play
Exclusion
- Previously used the movr app
- Had any contraindications to exercise based on the Get Active Questionnaire
