Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis of anxiety
- Being a patient at the Delray Center
- Older than 18 and younger than 95
- Being able to communicate in English
- Willingness to sign informed consent
Exclusion
- Co-morbid psychiatric conditions
