Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients over 65 years with mini mental state score \> 21, undergoing femur fixation surgery
Exclusion
- anticholinergic drug use, known epilepsy, Parkinson, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, cognitive function disorder
