Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age from 13-17
  • Can read Chinese and speak Cantonese

Exclusion

  • with identified cognitive and/or behavioral problem(s)
  • with identified mental problem(s)
  • participating in any mental health service/programme and/or receiving any psychiatric medication.
