- For the general public arm:
- An understanding of the English language at a grade 8 written level
- Reside in Ontario
- For the healthcare professionals and public health professionals arm:
- Licensed to practice as a healthcare professional in Ontario
- An understanding of the English language at a grade 8 written level
- Reside in Ontario
Exclusion
- Any individuals under age 16
