Inclusion
- Patients requiring long-term nutritional support
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II-III
- Age ≥ 6 years
Exclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status \> III
- Patients younger than 6 years
- Previous PEG placement
- Allergy to local anesthetics
- Patient refusal
