Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- BMI over 25.9
- Generally healthy
Exclusion
- Diabetes
- Taking statins
- Taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors
- Salt sensitivity
- Uncontrolled hypertension
- Diagnosed with Autoimmune disease
- Regular use of probiotics
- Regular use of antibiotics
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
