Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age from 15 to 30 years,
- Having mandibular impacted third molars,
Exclusion
- Heavy smokers (≥20 cigarettes),
- Uncontrolled systemic conditions,
- Infection of the surgery site,
- Psychological problems,
- History of allergy to dexamethasone, amoxicillin, or acetaminophen.
