Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age from 15 to 30 years,
  • Having mandibular impacted third molars,

Exclusion

  • Heavy smokers (≥20 cigarettes),
  • Uncontrolled systemic conditions,
  • Infection of the surgery site,
  • Psychological problems,
  • History of allergy to dexamethasone, amoxicillin, or acetaminophen.
